Local Delivery Information
We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible! We ship all items from Malta. Here is everything you need to know about getting your order from Cutiemalta.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: €5.00

  • Free Delivery: Free on all orders over €75.00

  • Minimum Order: None. You can order as little or as much as you like!

Delivery Times
We utilize Priority Shipping for all local orders.

  • Order before 10:00: You can typically expect to receive your delivery as early as the next working day.

  • Order after 10:00: Your parcel will usually arrive within 2–3 working days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking details so you can see exactly when it’s on the way.

Do you deliver to Gozo?
Yes, we do! Deliveries to Gozo typically arrive within 3 working days. Please keep in mind that Gozo deliveries rely on the ferry service; occasionally, severe weather conditions may cause a slight delay of an extra day, which is out of our control.

Can I pick up my order instead?
Absolutely. If you prefer to collect your order yourself, you can choose our Pickup option.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
Don’t worry! If you aren't home when the courier arrives, they will contact you by phone to arrange a second delivery attempt.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Our couriers primarily operate Monday through Friday, but deliveries do occasionally take place on Saturdays depending on the volume of orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship outside of Malta as well. Please contact us directly for a shipping quote and estimated delivery times for international destinations.
